This month has brought a few changes! Damon has been teething for what seems to be since 3 months old. He finally got his first tooth like a week or so after 6 months. A second tooth followed that shortly after. I want to say maybe a week later. They are both showing pretty well now and he seems to be happier for the time being. He was so needy for the longest time. Don't get me wrong.. he still is sometimes, but not as much. He can sit up by himself, but falls every now and then when he gets distracted. He is currently in 12-18 month clothing depending on the brand and in size 4 diapers. He's technically suppose to be in size 3 according to his weight, but the size 4 works better for him for some reason. He loves squash, banana, mashed potatoes, anything sweet, and daddies smoothies!
His hair is finally filling in and is starting to look more normal. It's still rubbed off on the back where he lays. He sometimes sleeps on his belly so hopefully that will help that hair grow back. Ever since he started rolling over in his crib, I took the flat head pillow out so I don't know if that made a difference with his flat spot, but it is getting better.
He can pull himself up in crawling position, but usually wobbles and falls back on his belly. Instead, he likes to army crawl around..as long as there's good motivation (like mom or dads phone). I'm sure it's just a matter of days before he's crawling. Most everyone tells me that he'll be a handful once that happens, but honestly I feel like it will help him be less crazy because right now he needs help to entertain himself. Whereas if he were crawling, he can wander and play as he pleases. We'll see if I change my mind. Haha. He still hates car rides. This kid is an adrenaline junky. He loves being thrown in the air and flying and basically anything kind of scary.
