Lately, I have felt a little bit of nausea. Not to the point where I feel like I need to throw up, but enough to make me uncomfortable. I have noticed that I'm a bit more emotional. It's been a lot more like period emotions though. During my period, I am ususally more emotional in a way that every emotion is heightened. So if I'm excited, I'm SUPER excited. Sad= devistated. Mad= boiling. Etc. Haha so it's been interesting. I have also recently been having my allergies act up. Just in time for me not to be able to medicate, right? The past few months I usually wake up in the mornings with a stuffy nose at least in 1 nostril. On Saturday, I was at a rodeo all day and I don't think that helped. I had a stuffy nose all day and by that evening, I was not feeling well. Then yesterday, it moved to my throat. So today, I just feel weak, stuffy, and sore throat. :( I actually tried those nose strips that you wear over your nose to help you breathe clearer. It helped a little bit, but not enough. It's frustrating. I haven't been sleeping well because of it. Me and Adam have a nasal rinse that we use and I think that has made it so I haven't gotten sick so soon.. and maybe even prevented it from getting too bad, but it's still not fun. I'm ready to stop working. Hahaha too bad I have like at least 6 months before that happens. I have now spread the word of the pregnancy to all siblings, parents on both sides, grandparents, and close friends. So I'm glad that's off my chest. It's been stressful trying to get everyone involved in the news around the same time.
The most recent Ovia updates are...
I'm 7 weeks and 4 days along right now. That means the estimated size of the baby is the size of a raspberry. It has lungs, a heart, stomach, digestive system, umbilical cord, legs, brain, blood streams (and blood within), etc. The babies fingers and toes are developing. The placenta is picking up more and more of hte burden of supporting the baby which will take a toll on hormones being less.
