38 weeks

I just got done at my 38 week appointment and I am now at a 3. She stripped my membranes so we will see if that does anything other than make me sore. She also found a cyst while checking me but didnt act concerned about it. She said something like "oh, and there's a cyst. That's weird. We will just take care of that when you deliver." And that was all she said about it. She saw me 2 weeks ago so apparently it showed up in those 2 weeks or she never noticed before. I'm really hoping this baby is NOT born for another week though! Over the weekend, Jade and Damon got sick. I took Damon into the doctor and they confirmed he has Type A Flu. We just had the flu in our house over Christmas! I'm so mad. We have even been having Jade skip nursery so she doesn't bring anything home. She was the first one to show symptoms so I'm thinking she caught it somewhere. I'm going crazy trying to figure out where she was exposed to it though because we have been cooped up for like a month! Damon went to preschool twice (tues/thurs last week), but he wasn't the first to act sick so I don't know if he is the one who brought it into the house. Anyway, I'm stressing about it now because I don't want my newborn baby getting sick! Plus my sister is suppose to take the hospital photos and she is sick too! I'm never having a baby this time of year again.  This year has been HORRIBLE. I'll update as I have anything worth mentioning, but for now 🤞.
